I have KioWare Lite installed on 10 kiosks and one of the kiosks had a hard drive go bad. I replaced the drive and imaged another kiosk so all the necessary software was installed without the hassle of actually installing it. KioWare loads and informs me that I have an invalid license which is probably because its already in use on another machine. How do I go about getting a valid license to replace the one that was lost when the hard drive went bad?? Any help would be much appreciated.

The easiest way is to call in and talk to a sales person, they can take care of getting you a new license code, pretty quickly.
Having your transaction number handy is helpful.
